Cincinnati Modern Quilt Guild is a modern quilting guild and a chapter of the Modern Quilt Guild. We welcome quilters with any level of experience. We have members who are just learning to make quilts and members who have quilted for more than 30 years. All are welcome and encouraged!

The Modern Quilt Guild

As a member of the Cincinnati MQG,

you have all the privileges of a worldwide membership, including:

​

  • Members-only access to the MQG site

  • Access to the MQG Resource Library

  • Swaps and fabric challenges

  • Opportunities to participate in worldwide sponsored challenges and shows.

  • Early registration and discounts for QuiltCon, the MQG conference with a quilt show, classes, and lectures.

  • Ability to register for MQG Session an all-virtual long weekend event

 

 

Ready to Join or Renew?

   Our full-year dues are $50 per calendar year. 

New members may join now for $50 for 2025.

Renewing members, once renewals open in early December, please register

and pay by December 31 once renewals open.

​

  • The membership term begins January 1 and runs through December 31.

  • New members can join at any time throughout the year.

  • Dues are reduced ($25) when joining after September 30.

To pay with a check, make your check out to Cincinnati Modern Quilt Guild. Send us an email at cincinnatimodernquiltguild@gmail.com letting us know you would like to pay by check.  We will reply with the mailing address.

Step 2

Fill out the Membership Form to complete your membership.

Step 3

New Members: Upon receipt of your dues, we’ll initiate your MQG site access using the email address you provide and add you to our email list. You will then receive an email from MQG National inviting you to go to the MQG Website to create a log-in. The MQG site is full of great resources, all included in your membership. Please allow a week to receive this email.

 

Previous Individual Members or Previous members of another MQG Guild: Once you pay your dues to us, we will contact the MQG and move your membership to our guild. Your MQG username and password will stay the same. Please email us at cincinnatimodernquiltguild@gmail.com

All Members: Request to join the Cincinnati MQG private Facebook Group.

You’re welcome to attend two of our meetings as a visitor before becoming an official member.

​Some of our virtual meetings are restricted to members only due to speaker contract terms.
